I ordered from pawhealer.com and everything showed up fine. Shipping was smooth, the packaging was okay, and there weren’t any real problems with the order itself.

The product info was where I got a little stuck, though. My main issue was the dosage details for my dog’s weight, and this is where it got annoying because I had to keep rereading the page and still wasn’t totally sure I was understanding it right.

I think a simple dosage chart or a few examples based on dog size would make a big difference. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the instructions could definitely be easier to follow

I’m not really sure what it was, but my dog just refused to eat this. He sniffed it, walked away, and looked at me like I was the problem?? Guess it didn’t taste good to him.

I tried Paw Healer for my dog, and I do think it really helped a bit. He’s been scratching less and seems to have more energy on some days, which is nice to see. The shipping was kinda slow though, and it really took longer than I expected to notice any changes. Overall, it’s not bad, just not amazing. I might order it again if the results keep up

The website is okay overall. Like, it does what it’s supposed to do, but I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to find certain things. A few pages felt kind of slow too, not terrible, just enough to notice. The menus could probably be clearer. So yeah, not a bad site, but it could definitely be a bit easier to use.

I really like the idea behind Pawhealer, but the prices felt a bit too high for what I actually got!! Once shipping and little extras were added on, it felt even worse!!! Maybe it’s worth it for some people, but for me, the cost just didn’t feel all that fair!!

It feels safe enough overall. I haven’t had any issues with it around my dog, which is reassuring. That said, I still keep an eye on him just to be safe.

I was trying to order a few things from pawhealer.com, but almost everything I actually wanted was out of stock. I checked back a couple of times thinking maybe it would change, but nope, still nothing. It’s irritating to see all these products listed when you can’t even buy them. After a while I just got tired of browsing because what’s the point if the stuff I need isn’t available?

I reached out to support thinking it would be a simple thing to sort out, but I never got any response at all. that kind of silence really leaves a bad impression and makes me hesitant to deal with them again

I don’t think I’ll order from here again. The whole experience was disappointing, and when I reached out for help, support mostly just kept pointing to their policy instead of actually trying to fix the issue. I get that companies have rules, but it felt like they were using the policy as an excuse to avoid doing anything. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me, it wasn’t worth it

I picked this up for my dog’s itchy paws after coming across PawHealer. After about a week, the redness did seem to calm down a bit, which was nice to see. That said, he’s still licking his paws here and there, so I wouldn’t say it completely solved the problem. It’s not a bad product by any means, but for the price and the way it was talked up, I was expecting a little more. I’ll finish using it and see if the improvement continues

i mean, I really like the holistic approach and the information was easy to understand. I’m just not totally sure it’s made much of a difference for my dog yet. Maybe it just needs a little more time, so I’m still on the fence.

That part was actually helpful and gave me a better idea of what might be going on. I did end up reaching out to customer support too, and they got back to me, though it wasn’t exactly quick. After using it for a while, I can’t say the results were very obvious or fast, but it wasn’t a total waste either. Overall, it was okay, just not something I’d call amazing...

I wasn’t really impressed with the packaging. It felt kind of cheap, you’d expect something a bit sturdier just to keep the product protected during shipping. Seems like common sense to use better materials.

Trying to return my order was such a hassle. The instructions weren’t clear at all, and I kept having to reach out just to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Come on now, returning something really shouldn’t be that confusing.
The refund also took forever, and the replies I got didn’t feel very helpful. I thought it would be a quick, simple process, but it just kept dragging on. After dealing with all that, I wouldn’t order again.

Capsules are way too big for smaller dogs so don't even waste your money in getting capsulated + the supplements I ordered (3 different ones) didn't help with any of my pets symptoms. Overall, don't waste your money on this site unless you know for sure that the supplements being ordered work for your pet ...it sure didn't with mine. In addition their money back return policy is questionable.

I’m probably extra cautious about this stuff, but from a vet’s perspective, I really wouldn’t lean on this site for actual health problems. I mostly paid attention to how they handled symptoms, and that’s where I got concerned. Pet issues can look minor at first and then get serious quickly. It might be okay for very basic general info, but I wouldn’t let online advice or home remedies take the place of a real exam.
